Echocardiogram services now available in Northwood Mercy Heart and Vascular Institute Echo Department (CV&P ) is now offering outpatient echocardiogram services in Northwood. Located in the Mercy Family Clinic–Northwood on Highway 65, this new service allows patients from underserved areas of northern central Iowa and southern Minnesota the opportunity for this important diagnostic tool without having to travel so far. Mercy offers a team of registered diagnostic cardiac sonographers who perform the test and cardiologists board-certified in echocardiography who interpret the results.
